Stupidity Police on Patrol
Things I have come to learn about Rhode Islanders:
- They are bad drivers (the worst in the nation!)
- They elect and re-elect corrupt politicians, then give them jobs as radio hosts when they get out of jail.
- They need instructions in order to operate an elevator:
