in the time it took these people to wait, maneuver around the overcrowded aisles where the line to check out is so long that it makes using the last 2 aisles nearly impossible, and then waited on the looong line to check out, they could have taken the train out the queens TJ, shopped, and returned to their east midtown “luxury” apartment.

I like TJ’s. You just have to have a co-pilot to man the crowd while one person stands in line.
Some people aren’t tough enough for TJ’s thats all.
