amNY Watch: The Brackets [Really] Help!
April 9, 2008 – 9:35 amFrom an interview with Janeane Garofolo in last Thursday’s amNewYork:
Really? I thought she was talking about Cynthia Nixon. I knew that Sex in the City was part of a vast right-wing conspiracy! And Ronald Reagan? I thought she meant John Henninger Reagan, the former Postmaster General of the Confederacy. That guy was always an election thief!

I hear you. My first thought was that it might’ve been Phill Nixon, the English darts player.

To be fair, it was Janeane Garofolo. She could’ve been mumbling while she was eating a baby or something.

Today’s amNY got Forgetting Sarah Marshall wrong twice - first by dropping the second l in the last word, and then on the actual review, they just left “Smart People” - probably the movie reviewed last week. They really do need at least a competent copy editor. Love your work.
