Your Slogan Does Not Compute

This Chinese Mexican place in Park Slope needs some consulting work to come up with a new slogan.

What’s odd, however, is that this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this abomination of a slogan. I remember when the exact same slogan - “The Fresh Tortillas As Taco Tex-Mexican Food” was printed on the take-out menus a few years ago at Yummy Taco in Greenpoint - another low-quality faux-Mexican place with giant murals of Chinese vistas on the walls.

Something is clearly lost in translation across the board at these places… with the slogan, the decor, and the food.

That place is so not in Park Slope. It’s firmly in that gray zone of Flatbush Ave. right near the subway stop. And no one from any neighborhood should eat there. Nasty.

These kind of places have excellent tacos. You’ll have the shits for a week afterwards, yes, but taste-wise… thumbs up.

Put the space in the url, just as it looks on the sign, and it works just fine….Tacos galore!

That place is OK, but it’ll never match up to Old Happy Taco. That place was the best.
