WEBINAR? MORE LIKE WEBI-NOT: The complete failure of today’s MTA Fare Hike Webinar has yet to be acknowledged by the MTA, nearly four hours after it was scheduled to begin. In fact, the announcement for its noontime start is still on the MTA’s Home Page. The only new development from the MTA’s pressroom today: they will be using old (don’t call them old! Call them “vintage!”) buses that haven’t run regularly in nearly 20 years on crosstown routes during rush hour this month. That’ll go over well. [MTA]
