12th Street Car Wash, E. 12th Street and 1st Avenue. Open daily, 9-9:03am. Free, but BYOS (Bring Your Own Soap).

This guy stopped his car in the middle of my street this morning, flagged down the guy hosing off the sidewalk in front of a restaurant, and borrowed the hose to wash his car.
