says:ahem… “the days when Republicans weren’t the bad guys”? This was the guy who pardoned Nixon for any wrongdoing during Watergate before any crime could be fully established. Ford was cute and he looked a little like Homer, but that doesn’t mean he was an Innocent. Plus, he lost to Jimmy Carter… who loses to Jimmy Carter?
